Vinny is a "pussy hound" that the Griffins purchased from Quahog Pets after Brian's death in "Life of Brian". He calls himself a "pussy hound" because he claims to be 1/16th cat.
In "The Quahog Crew" Vinny is ran over by the Martins, and mistaken for them running out of gas.
